If I run vumeter while another application is playing audio, closing
vumeter kills pulseaudio.
To recreate:
run gstreamer-properties and click on "test"
While the test sound is playing, open vumeter and close it
Sound will stop and clicking "ok" freezes gstreamer-properties
Also, you will find that the pulseaudio process is no longer running.
To restore sound, run the command "pulseaudio"
