Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
Not sure why the default download folder is hidden away in
/home/user/.xchat/downloads
This can't have been given a lot of thought. How about /home/user ,
/home/user/Desktop /home/user/Documents...
Anything, but a subfolder of a hidden folder.
