Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

If I have multiple tabs open in terminal, and one of them is running a
process (for example, I'm in the middle of an ssh session), when I press
Ctrl + Shift + W to close the tab, I get a dialog with two options,
"Cancel" and "Close Terminal," which both have the same shortcut, "C."
