I am having a similar problem I think, can anyone give me suggestions ? I just did a fresh install 9.04 on IBM Intellistation M-Pro. I cannot mute my PC speaker , the PCM slider works on my external speakers as well, the Master slider does nothing with the volume of my external speakers
