Ubuntu release: 9.04. 8.10 didn't have this problem.
gnome-power-manager version: 2.24.2-2ubuntu8
When I suspend the computer from the fast user switch applet or by
pressing the suspend key, it goes into suspend mode. Approximately 30
minutes later, it resumes, even if the lid is closed.
