Binary package hint: ekiga
In Xubuntu, the .desktop file is at it's right place under
/usr/share/applications but it does not appear in the menus due to a
difference in the menu structure, between Ubuntu and Xubuntu
(Gnome/Xfce4) I suppose.
So I did this :
change the line
Categories=GNOME;GTK;Network;Telephony;
into
Categories=Network;
It didn't work at once, I also had to suppress this one line:
OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Mobile
Then it appeared in the menus under [fr_FR] "Internet".
