Public bug reported:
When selecting "Manually edit partition table", I found that the
partitions would not be listed in the graphical diagram until I clicked
thereon. (I think I could also start selecting partitions at the
bottom, but I'm not sure.)
In the course of installing, I ended up on this screen 3 times, and
noticed this problem every time.
