Public bug reported:
After upgrading to Jaunty the workspace switcher applet in the panel
shows only one row instead of three. Every configuration is ignored;
changing the 3x3 grid to e.g. 2x2 doesn't apply in the applet. But the
workspaces are actually arranged in a 3x3 grid (see screenshots). I also
run compiz.
