While debugging, I found out, that gnome-power-manager isn't the main problem. In fact, the power-manager uses pm-suspend, if I kill the power-manager and use pm-suspend, it crashes. But I just found a workaround, which let me use suspend/resume without killing gpm, I edited /etc/acpi/sleep.sh. I just commented the lines after "If gnome-power-manager or klaptopdaemon are running, let them handle policy". Now I'm able to use my hotkey, I don't know if I may handle the lid in a similar way.
