Well it seems to be reproducible on mine when someone sends me an invitation via a Windows machine but as I haven't got any Windows machines myself I can't easily test it. To recreate the bug, again, get someone to try sending an invitation via a Windows machine. I'm not sure I know what you mean by the third question, sorry! Do you mean send a copy of the original e-mail?
