Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-games

The bug is when the game does not acknowledge a winning solution. I
completed the board with no errors. Sometimes it is possible for there
to be several solutions to the initial condition.

For example: If the game is looking for the players board to match its
internal generated initial board then the programs logic would result in
this error on non-matching solutions.

If the board is filled and there are no conflicts then the game should
end with score and ta-da display.

Attached is a winning condition showing the error state.
