Public bug reported:
If apci=off (in my recovery option) the governer shows a speed of 2,61
GHZ.
Boot normal with apci=on the governer shows 2,60 GHz at performance
option.
memtest86+ identifies it as CPU with 2612 MHz speed, also in the AMD
database is 2,61 GHz observed.
Ubuntu 9.04 with all patches
