Binary package hint: nautilus
The default application for .ml files on my system is GVIM. I want to
open such a file with Emacs. But Emacs doesn't even appear in the "open
with other application" menu. "Okular", however, appears 10 (ten) times
there! The menu seems totally unordered and has a lot of duplicate
entries.
