Public bug reported: When dragging a folder any coming up login request will freeze the mouses functions (except of moving the cursor) and in my experience the advanced keyboard options. The user will have to type in the password and accept in order to get the mouse functioning again.
Reproduce (Example) 1) Create a new ftp connection which requires password 2) Select the folder on the desktop, enter to open - don't wait till it's done but drag the folder around. 3) When the login pops up your mouse will have lost it's function as the pointer will still be focussed on dragging on the desktop while the actual focus is on the window (login) ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium Status: Unconfirmed -- Gnome desktop mouse action freeze on folder drag /open https://launchpad.net/bugs/48815 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
