+ Added a DOAP file for the project.

+ Uneeded duplicate images removed from the documentation translations.
+ Make translations easier by removing unnecessary markup
from GtkBuilder .ui files (Callum McKenzie)
+ Remove .glade files now that glade can edit the .ui files directly.

+ Don't build with libcpufreq-dev, type-handling,
system-tools-backends-dev, libgnome2-dev or libgnomeui-dev.
+ Build-depends on network-manager-dev.
+ Build-depend on libgucharmap-dev rather than libgucharmap2-dev. The
latter only exists in Debian.
+ Add Vcs-Bzr URL info.
+ gnome-applets, gnome-applets-data and gnome-applets-dbg pre-depends on
dpkg (>= 1.10.24).
+ gnome-applets suggests gnome-netstatus-applet, deskbar-applet and
cpufrequtils rather than recommends.
- debian/gnome-applet.manpages:
+ Don't install mini_commander_applet manpage since the binary
is not installed.
- debian/patches/02_selector_crash.patch:
+ Dropped, fixed upstream.
- debian/patches/09_modemlights_use_new_gst.patch:
+ Update to apply cleanly with new version.
- debian/patches/13_battstat_measuring_more_appropriate.patch:
+ Workaround an ACPI bug.
- debian/patches/14_battstat_enable_pmi.patch:
+ Use the pmi interface to know if suspend is available.
