I found that if I shut down without closing; when started evolution does not ask for the keyring password and just hangs ... waiting I guess. I can force quit and start it again but it still does not ask. if I force quit and reboot then it will ask for the keyring password. When shutting down after 'hang' it always reports some evolution 'event' app is waiting and if I should quit.
