Thanks for you bug report. We need more information to find out what could be
causing this.
First, what version of Ubuntu are you using?
The PSC 1350 is not listed in gnome-cups-manager under HP, what model/driver do
you use?
Do you get an error message when running gnome-cups-manager from a terminal
trying to add your printer?
Did you select the hp backend when adding you printer? This is described here:
