Upstream rejected the bug with the comment:
"Activation of a track (or podcast episode, or whatever else) is not overridden
by the queue, but activation of a source is. I think the current behaviour is
correct. Activating a source is more or less saying "play me something", which
seems to me to be a lower priority than playing the queued tracks."
So this is not a bug but a feature, rejecting thus, please argue with
upstream if you don't agree.
