Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: metacity
(1) Open up some app with a reasonably large window (firefox, etc), which spans
(width) most of the screen.
(2) Shade it
(3) If necessary, move the shaded window just below the panel
(4) Start a new application (like an xterm).
Behavior: The new window is placed so that it overlaps the shaded
window.
Expected Behavior: The new window should be placed so that it abuts the
bottom of the shaded window.
