Perhaps adding that to the project page would be a good idea, as
currently it says "Important! Please do file as papercuts:" so it
specifically uses the "file" verb which makes filing a bug for a
papercut a reasonable outcome, especially for people new to Launchpad as
Matthew mentions. Something short that says that if the bug already
exists to use the Also affects project button on the existing bug could
be good.
