Binary package hint: evince

When selecting a page range that is smaller than all pages, and
simultaneously selecting to print 4 pages on one side, the page range
setting gets disregarded and the pages appear in a strange order on the
printout.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a 4-page PDF in evince
2. Go to print dialog
3. Type "2-4" in the General>Range>Pages
4. In the tab "Page Setup", select "One Side" (if necessary), and 4 Pages per
side, Page ordering "Left to right, top to bottom"
5. Print

Expected result:
One page should be printed like this:
----------
| 2 | 3 |
----------
| 4 | |
----------

Actual result:
One page gets printed like this:
----------
| 2 | 3 |
----------
| 4 | 1 |
----------

Don't know if this is printer driver specific. So far was able to confirm for
the following printers (driver in parentheses):
HP Laserjet 4100 (HP LaserJet 4100 Series, Postscript-HP 20081112 (OpenPrinting
LSB 3.2))
OKI C5900 (Oki C5900, Postscript-Oki 20081112 (OpenPrinting LSB 3.2))
