When printing any document using 6 pages per side (under the page setup
tab), the selected page ordering is ignored.
The default page ordering shows as left-to-right,top-to-bottom, with a
diagram:

But what actually previews or prints is:
246
135
That layout doesn't change, regardless of the selected ordering.
