Binary package hint: gnome-games
When a games finishes, due to checkmate or stalemate, the game tells it,
but when the situation is Threefold repetition, the game goes on, and
the draw is not declared.
It's the Gnome Chess Game that comes installed with Ubuntu 9.04.
