1. I think this is a clear change for the better. Tap to click is an annoying
behavior. Just my opinion, but as good as any other opinion that has been
expressed.
2. We shouldn't deviate from Upstream unless we have a clear reason to do so,
such as user feedback.
Setting to incomplete until we have some convincing user feedback that
this is an issue.
