The reason is wrong ATI driver configuration during Ubuntu installation
(missing c++ libraries)
1. I donwnloaded driver form ATI (amd)
2. Deactivated old driver
3. Extracted files for Ubuntu - ./ati-driver-installer-9-6-x86.x86_64.run
--buildpkg Ubuntu/9.04 (this command produce deb packages)
4. Installed missing libstdc++5 library
5. Installed deb packages - dpkg -i *.deb
6. Configured driver - aticonfig --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf
7. Rebooted system
8. Activated driver in Gnome (I think that is a bug. System don't see that
driver is already  installed)
