Ok, I hope I've installed the right debug symbols: # apt-get install evolution-data-server-dbgsym=2.26.1-0ubuntu2 # apt-get install evolution-dbgsym=2.26.1-0ubuntu2
After that I started evolution in gdb and reproduced the error. While the error dialog was displayed I pressed ctrl-c in gdb and ran the commands described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace.
