Dudes, I've found the root of this problems for my PC. Probably, this
should help you.

For me that vino remote desktop server was loading gconfd. Trick that
fixes problem is to kill vino-server after GNOME login.

pkill -9 vino-server

Then, it resurrects back but stops flooding gconfd.
