I have the same Problem with a new Ubuntu 9.04 (64bit) Installation For all my MP3s (all local) the time is shown as unknown. I can play the MP3 files but the seekbar cant be set to middle of the song for example. OGG is working fine. Also I can play the MP3s fine with totem and there i can set the seekbar...
