time-admin ia total failure if I may say so:
- does not detect ntp installation (bug 229169 and duplicates)
- keeps displaying the time zone as Europe/Sarajevo even if it is set to
Europe/Ljubljana (/etc/timezone has : Europe/Ljubljana)
- does not update time, even if "Keep synchronized with Internet servers" is
selected (and several NTP servers in list checked)
- there is no "Synchronize now" button, even if the help mentions it
