Public bug reported:
When playing a new song, the song name is displayed in a notification,
only if program is minimized, if the program is behind other apps, a
notification is not displayed - is this expected behavior for "current
song playing" notifications?
I feel that rhythmbox should use libnotify to display the song name,
when in the background and not just when minimized. It should not
however show a notification when it is the selected window on top of all
others.
