I am using Ubuntu jaunty with gnome and a Nvidia graphics card.
According to hardware driver dialog the proprietary drivers are enabled.
If a newly created user logged in (Gnome), no window decoration (like
the "close" button etc.) is displayed. After setting desktop effects to
"none" everthing is back to normal.
