Indeed. I just tested it, and the keyrings are not shown anymore
(although you can *create* a new keyring going to File/New).
I also built the current GIT head from Gnome, with similar results. This
does not seem to match my expectations, and a quick look at the git log
does not show any such change in behaviour.
As such I am confirming it, and will check upstream.
