I'm not convinced this is fixed properly -- I upgraded from Jaunty to Karmic yesterday and found that my click and scroll settings had not been migrated properly. I got 2.27.5 when I upgraded. I notice that .90 is available now; I'm not sure how to go about testing again, but I can very easily pull my old configuration files out of git if they might help.
