On Ubuntu 9.04:
I have "Dust" set as the default theme on my Ubuntu Jaunty.
I also have transparency enabled for the top panel.
On startup, the desktop first appears with transparency disabled
(default Dust panel appears first), and afterwards it changes immediately
to transparent, as should, in a rather flickery-fashion.
I know it is of minor importance, but it looks unprofessional.
I am using an HP Pavilion dv5000, though I don't think this is hardware
specific.
Keep up the good work!
** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
