Hi Avi, just to be clear this is not an memory problem is a disk space problem they are two different things and second thing is not obuntu is Ubuntu.
For the screenshots that you sent I can see this is a External Hard Drive , are you sure that you have Ubuntu installed in there? How do you make the upgrade, did you make a clean install or did you make a Distribution Upgrade?
