Steps to reproduce:
Using Karmic, installed at Alpha 4 and progressively updated since then.
1. Log into GNOME session
2. Insert a DVD into the DVD drive
3. Attempt to eject the idle DVD by either
a. pressing the button on the DVD Drive or
b. right click on the desktop DVD icon and selecting Eject.
Expected results:
DVD disk ejects from the drive without any intervening steps
Actual results:
A prompt is presented asking the user to enter their password before the disk
will eject.
Also, pressing the eject button on the DVD does not work.
