You have been subscribed to a public bug:

If I boot my PC the Gnome Applets fail to load. I get the warning
dialogue indicating that they didn't load and would I like to delete the
applet in question. This happens EVERY TIME I boot.

If I log off and log back on (Ctrl/ALT/BackSpace) the applets will load
with no problem.

Any suggestions/ideas? Should I report this as a bug?
