This move has to be first discussed in the mailing list and we have a separate
UNR edition for this .
We can not be modifying desktop edition simply because netbooks have become
powerful.
For the use case you've mentioned UNR needs to be updated , not Desktop
edition. And paperctus are only regarding desktop editioon.
