When configuring Evolution, the "Exectue" button for finishing
configuratioin of an account, is missing. Instead there is a "Forward"
button which takes you to the first part of the configuration again. I
am using Karmic Koala Alpha 5, and have a Swedish language when
configurating. I have attached a picture of the last part of the
configuration
