Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins

On the latest Karmic, with seahorse-plugins v. 2.27.1-0ubuntu1 and
seahorse v. 2.27.92-0ubuntu1 installed and seahorse-agent seemingly
running

$ ps ax | grep seahorse
 4239 ? Ss 0:00 /usr/bin/ssh-agent /usr/bin/dbus-launch
--exit-with-session /usr/bin/pulse-session /usr/bin/seahorse-agent --execute
gnome-session
 4242 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/dbus-launch --exit-with-session
/usr/bin/pulse-session /usr/bin/seahorse-agent --execute gnome-session
 4276 ? Ss 0:00 /usr/bin/seahorse-agent --execute gnome-session
 4295 ? Ss 0:00 seahorse-daemon

the software that relies on GPG agent functionality (i. e. Thunderbird,
Gajim) claims that no GPG agent is running and thus GPG cannot be used.
Seahorse itself shows no GPG keys (either from private or public
keyrings), although those keys can be accessed with "gpg" terminal
command.

** Affects: seahorse-plugins (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
