Karmic Alpha 5 gnome-volume-control:
While researching another bug, found myself repeatedly switching output
devices between:
$ lspci | grep Audio; lsusb | grep Headset
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801H (ICH8 Family) HD Audio
Controller (rev 02)
Bus 005 Device 002: ID 046d:0a02 Logitech, Inc. Premium Stereo USB Headset 350
Running gnome-volume-control from the CLI yields just a segfault:
$ gnome-volume-control
# push keyboard volume buttons repeatedly, while using the
# mouse to switch between the two audio output options
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
