Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

In the upper-right panel menu, the "Shut Down..." command from Ubuntu
9.04 has been changed to "Shutdown" in Ubuntu 9.10 Alpha 5.

I don't know whether the ellipses are appropriate or not in this
context, but the command itself should still be "Shut Down" (two words).
It is being used as a phrasal verb here, not an adjective.

The dialog box that appears after selecting that command still correctly
uses "shut down" as two words. It's only the menu item itself that has
changed.

I believe this is part of the gnome-panel package. The version I'm
looking at is the 1:2.27.91-0ubuntu2 which is part of Ubuntu 9.10 Alpha
5.
