Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I usually have Rhythmbox's volume set quite low, such as 10%, so I can
hear other applications over it. When playing a song for the first time
after Rhythmbox is started, the song will play very loud for a second,
at 100% Rhythmbox volume, before reducing to the proper setting.
Steps to reproduce:
0) Start Rhythmbox
1) Set Rhythmbox volume to a low level (0-10%)
2) Play a song
What should happen:
Rhythmbox starts playing the song at the correct low volume
What actually happens:
Rhythmbox blasts at 100% volume for about a second, before reducing to the
correct low volume
