Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
With the screen saver on, the one of the two monitors on my Dell Dim
5100 will display fine, while the other will 'go to static' like an old
tv.
Some here would call them 'artifacts'.
I thought it was first the issue with the 2nd display, but testing shows
it flips.
