Apologies, I wasn't sure where to put this. I imagine the right-click context menu having an Add/Remove Category button which would bring up the Categories dialog from the Add Contact menu. In Add-mode, selection of categories would add the selections to the selected contact's category listings (if not already present) whereas removal would remove the categories (if present).
