Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I recently wanted to watch a movie on my TV connected to laptop over HDMI
output, but when I closed laptop's lid (I turned off laptop's screen with
xrandr before that), external output was turned off and laptop has suspended. I
then wanted to turn off suspend on lid closing, so I opened power manager
settings, but I could only choose to turn on the screensaver, suspend to
ram/disk and to turn off the computer. I chose to turn the screensaver, but
when I closed the lid again, external output was turned off, internal was
turned on and screensaver was activated.
There really should be an option to "Do nothing" when the lid is closed. In
current state it makes you to focus on laptop when it's lid is open when
watchig a movie. There is one workaround though - put the laptop under the
table - but I don't like that one much, especially in the night when one need
to __censored__ while watching the movie one cannot find the laptop and pause
the movie fast enought not to __censored__ himself.
