Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
gnome-keybinding-properties is set to suspend when the 'fn+f1(suspend)'
key is pressed.
When the key is pressed, the screen is blanked, instead of the machine
suspending.
Selecting the 'suspend' option from the indicator menu works correctly.
