I am running an up-to-date Karmic Beta. In the System Testing "video
test" a window looks like it is popping up and immediately closing.
Opening water-and-wind.ogv from the "Examples" folder opens and
immediately closes. If I turn "Visual Effects" to "None", it plays, but
with no video.
