When clicking mulitiple times on the Up Arrow (Open Parent Folder), nautilus
fails to respond to the second and subsequent presses of Up Arrrow until mouse
is moved off the arrow and repositioned.
e. g. - You cannot move two directories up with two mouse clicks without moving
the mouse off the Up arrow first.
