Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
Both
/usr/share/applications/xfce4-terminal.desktop
and
/usr/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop
have the following:
"Name=Terminal"
"Icon=utilities-terminal"
Thus, on a Ubuntu system having both GNOME and XFCE, the menu
Applications->Accessories will show "Terminal" twice, with the same
icon, and it's impossible to know which is which.
(Hint: The GNOME one has the tooltip: "Use the command line", the XFCE
one has the tooltip "Terminal Emulator".)
As XFCE's Terminal is labeled "Terminal" in the About box, I suppose it
bears the correct name. Thus, GNOME Terminal should have the Name="GNOME
Terminal" or "Terminal Emulator".
